Provencal Mustard, on Kale



I bought this mustard recently (I LOVE mustard, and thought I'd give it a try.) I adore it--it's the fastest romesco-y, mustard-y sauce you'll ever get. Just take a spoonful and mix with some water to thin down. Just like that spread in a sandwich would be simply awesome.

Here it is, watered down a bit, with some Kale. mmmm.

Ooo, I love that mustard too btw. I discovered it in France, and brought jars of it back with me. They have different kinds too...but I'm more of a sweet mustard fan. Hmm, I wonder how maple syrup and mustard would taste like instead of honey mustard.

Yeah, I saw their other flavors too but didn't want to try them as badly as this one. (Plus many were not vegan as they included mayonaisse/egg). I am on good authority that maple mustard is fucking awesome. Mmmmm.
